From I -5 in Everett, take HWY 2 East (exit 194) toward Snohomish. Merge onto HWY 204 East to Lake Stevens and follow approximately 2 miles. Turn left on HWY 9 North and follow 1 mile. Turn left onto Soper Hill Road.  Go ¼ mile ahead and turn right onto 79th Avenue NE.  Turn right onto 29th Place NE.  Willows and The Courtyard at Willows information center is located at the end of the cul de sac on the left, 7925 29th Pl SE.
